About the Role
Type: Part Time (4 days a week). We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN (Special Educational Needs) College Student Support Worker to join our team - £90 a day
Requirements
Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on Update Service or willing to apply.
Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs, preferably in a college or educational setting.
Knowledge and understanding of various learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and mental health conditions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively support multiple students.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with special educational needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
