About the Role
Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant? Are you in search of a loving, exceptional school and wish to contribute to their mission? We are now recruiting for an outstanding school as they are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs.
About the role:
To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism-specific environment
To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
To support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups
Requirements
Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS
Able to carry out personal care as part of the role
